Flywheel M57/M47 coupler

This high-quality solid flywheel for BMW M57/M47 engines has been specially developed for use in marine conversions. The flywheel is new and has been precisely machined to allow for a perfect fit when mounting the coupler.

Thanks to this precise machining, the coupler can be centered and securely mounted on the flywheel. This creates a reliable connection between the BMW M57 engine and the drive with high dimensional accuracy and optimal fit.

The coupler is suitable for all Mercruiser Alpha/Bravo drives as well as Volvo Penta SX/DPX.

The combination of a solid flywheel and a matching coupler significantly reduces the typical rattling and clattering in the drivetrain. This solution ensures smoother operation and improved power transmission between the engine and the drive.

The flywheel is suitable for all BMW M57 engine variants and has been specially developed for use with MerCruiser, Volvo Penta, and OMC drive systems. The configuration used has already been successfully tested with a torque of 950 Nm.
